The car can be picked up in Podgorica, at Podgorica Airport, as well as at any other location in the country, with prior notice and agreement with us.

In the event of any traffic accident during the rental period, immediately call the police at 122 and notify our agency at +382 67 310 176. Follow the instructions of the competent authorities and sign all documents they request from you. Record the information of all participants and vehicles involved in the accident. Keep a copy of the rental agreement as well as all related documentation regarding the incident. Even if the vehicle is damaged while parked, it is mandatory to obtain a police report.

Any person over the age of 18 with a valid driver’s license can rent a car (an international driver’s license is not required).

TPL – Third Party Liability Insurance The rental includes TPL insurance, which covers damages caused by another participant in traffic. If another person is responsible for the accident and damages the rented vehicle, you will not bear the repair costs. This type of insurance does not cover damages caused by your own negligence, such as hitting a curb, scratches and dents during parking, driving on unpaved roads, improper reversing, or damages that occur while the vehicle is parked and the perpetrator is not identified.

The speed limit in urban areas is 50 km/h. Seat belts are mandatory at all times while driving. Headlights must be turned on at all times while driving. The use of mobile phones is prohibited while driving.
