General Terms and Conditions

The lessee (service user) rents the vehicle for a specified period under the conditions defined in this document. Renting a vehicle implies that the lessee is aware of the vehicle’s condition, has inspected it, and accepted it without any objections. The vehicle is to be used exclusively for personal or business purposes, with a prohibition on subleasing to third parties without the explicit consent of the agency.
The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: transporting hazardous materials, participating in races, off-road driving, or carrying more passengers than allowed by the vehicle’s technical specifications.

Driver Requirements

The right to drive the rented vehicle is granted to individuals who:

• Are at least 21 years old (25+ for luxury classes)
• Hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years
• Are not under the influence of alcohol, psychoactive substances, or legal driving restrictions

All additional drivers must be registered at the time of rental. Additional drivers are subject to the same conditions as the main lessee and bear the same responsibility in case of an accident or violation of rules.

If the vehicle is driven by an unauthorized person (not listed in the contract), the lessee bears full financial and legal responsibility.

Vehicle Pickup and Return

The vehicle must be picked up and returned at the agreed times and clearly defined locations. Pickup and return outside working hours may incur additional charges with prior notice.

The lessee is required to:

• Inspect the vehicle upon pickup and report any damages
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received – clean, undamaged, with the same fuel level
• Inform the agency in case of delays, route changes, or exceeding the agreed rental period

Delays exceeding 60 minutes without prior notice may result in additional charges or loss of the deposit.

Insurance and Liability

All vehicles have basic third-party liability insurance. The lessee may opt for additional comprehensive insurance (if available), which covers certain damages except in cases of gross negligence or violation of the contract.

Insurance does not cover:

• Damages occurring off paved roads
• Damages occurring under the influence of alcohol/drugs
• Damage to wheels, the underside of the vehicle, or interior (unless otherwise agreed)
• Loss or damage of vehicle documents or keys
• Theft if the vehicle was not locked and/or keys were left inside

In the event of a traffic accident, it is mandatory to:

• Immediately call the police and file a report
• Inform the rental agency as soon as possible
• Complete a European Accident Statement

Without a police report and insurance notification, the lessee bears full responsibility for any damages.

Payment and Deposit

Payment is made in advance at the time of booking confirmation or vehicle pickup, in cash, by card, or via bank transfer.

A deposit (guarantee amount) is collected as security against damages, delays, or loss of keys or documents. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle class and is held until the vehicle is returned in the condition it was received. If no issues occur, the deposit is returned immediately or within 3 working days.

Cancellations and Modifications

Reservation cancellation:

• Free of charge if canceled at least 48 hours before the rental time
• 50% charge if canceled 24–48 hours before
• 100% charge (non-refundable) if canceled less than 24 hours before or in case of no-show

Reservation modifications are possible without additional fees if availability allows. All changes must be confirmed by the agency.

Special Notes

• The vehicle must not be taken outside Montenegro without written permission
• Using the vehicle for driver training, towing trailers, or transporting animals is not allowed
• The lessee is responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period (including fines received afterward)
